Work hard, play hard. As I approach a half-century on this earth, it’s time for me to reflect on this motto. The last 3 years, I have worked harder than any other time in my life. These years taxed me mentally and physically. My stress levels were at all-time highs. I knew this was detrimental to my health. I worried about what it was doing to my body. I was constantly searching for natural ways to combat the toll stress was taking on me. One day, my friend Anita contacted me and told me about ASEA. From that moment on, my life changed.
